While I do enjoy having one hour long workout sessions, I have to admit that finding an hour to workout 4-6x a week can be very tricky. Whether it’s work, new projects, or personal obligations, it’s so easy to fill up your schedule and neglect your fitness. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. Especially when there are hundreds of workout videos on youtube that you can follow. Don’t like going to the gym? Try at home workouts. Don’t have more than 15 minutes to spare?
