I recently read a quote that says, “There is no right time. There is just time and what you choose to do with it.” And I couldn’t agree more! Often times we postpone things, miss out on important events, and hinder our growth by waiting for the right time. There is no right time to glow up, to grow, change your life, or to even become a better version of yourself. You can transform your life by making small changes NOW. Today I’m going to share a 10 day glow up challenge to become a better you this year!

A REALISTIC 10 DAY GLOW UP CHALLENGE
I decided to create a 10 day challenge rather than a 30 day challenge because 10 days is a lot more do-able than 30 days. It’s not even a full month. So, there are no excuses to not complete this glow up challenge.
Plus you can start the challenge any day of the month. You don’t necessarily have to start at the beginning of the month or wait for the “right time” to start. Just choose a day and glow up your life one day at a time.

10 DAY GLOW UP CHALLENGE TO BECOME A BETTER YOU
DAY 1 – SET POWERFUL GOALS
There is no better way to start a glow up challenge than by setting powerful, intentional, and achievable goals for yourself. Take a moment today to set goals for different areas in your life. Make sure you write these goals down on a piece of paper that you can keep in your office or around your house.
You can set goals for the following areas in your life:
- Personal life
- Spiritual life
- Financial life

DAY 2 – GO FOR WALKS
Because walking is so very important for both your physical and mental health, today’s glow up challenge is to go on a minimum of 3 walks during the day! Keep your body active, release stress, and enjoy the outdoors.
Why walk three times during the day?
Although you don’t have to walk 3x every single day (you can if you want to), doing this today will help you get into the habit of walking daily.
Walking schedule routine idea:
- Morning (after breakfast) – 20 minutes
- Afternoon (after lunch) – 20 minutes
- Evening (after dinner) – 20 minutes
And if you have a dog, even better! Walk your dog + get some steps in.
DAY 3- HAVE A PRODUCTIVE DAY
Day 3’s glow up challenge is all about having a productive day!
Relaxing and taking care of yourself is so important don’t get me wrong, but if you want to transform your life, you have to live a productive life.
Tips to have a productive day:
- Start your day bright and early
- Turn off notifications
- Create a to-do list for the day
- Block time to accomplish your tasks for the day
- Get a workout in or go for a 30minute walk
- Avoid watching TV or spending unnecessary time on social media
- Repeat positive affirmations in the morning to improve your mindset
- Drink 2-3 glasses of water
DAY 4- BOOST YOUR MOTIVATION
Staying motivated daily is pretty tricky, but there are simple ways you can boost your motivation. Today’s glow up challenge is all about drawing inspiration from different sources, boosting your motivation, and improving your mindset. Instead of waiting for motivation to come to you, seek motivation yourself by doing different motivational activities.
Easy ways to boost your motivation:
- Repeat positive affirmations.
- Listen to motivational podcasts.
- Read inspirational quotes.
- Listen to powerful TED Talks.
- Read the Bible – here are 50 powerful Biblical affirmations that will empower you.
- Listen to an empowering song.
DAY 5 – EXERCISE
Challenge yourself today to get in a sweaty, killer, and fun workout today. There is no glow up without some fitness. Get your body active and your muscles working with a good workout. You can either go to the gym to get a good workout in or you can workout from home! Regardless of the location you choose to exercise in, make sure you make the most out of your sesh!

DAY 6 – SOCIAL MEDIA FREE DAY
Although social media has it’s ups, it can also play a huge role in robbing your time, happiness, and confidence away. So, stepping away from social media from time to time is very important. Today’s challenge is simply to unwind from all social media networking sites and enjoy life.
Stay away from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and any other social media app you use for 24 hours.

DAY 7 – GET ORGANIZED
What you are on the inside is reflected on the outside. Reflect that internal glow up by organizing, cleaning, and decluttering your home/office.
Give your entire home a huge glow up by getting rid of items you don’t need, cleaning all areas, organizing your furniture, and decorating!
So today’s challenge is to spend the day giving your home a glow up.
DAY 8 – CREATIVE + LEARNING DAY
Let your creativity flow by creating something special and feed your mind by learning something new today.
So today’s glow up challenge is to be a creator and a student.
Things you can create today:
- Create an abstract painting.
- Knit something.
- Draw your favorite celebrity.
- Play an instrument.
- Write a song.
- Create a poem.
- Write a blog post.
- DIY crafts.
DAY 9 – INDULGE IN SELF-CARE
In order to glow up on the outside, you have to glow up on the inside first. Take care of your well-being, mental health, and happiness by practicing self-care. It doesn’t cost a dime to practice self-care effectively. All you have to do is devote some time to fully indulge in fun self-care activities today.

So, today’s glow up challenge is to spend time with God. Involve God in everything you do and devote your time to doing godly activities.
Here are some ways to spend time with God:
- Pray to God
- Read the Bible
- Sing worship songs
- Read a devotional
- Listen to preachings
