I understand that it is so easy to skip because of school, work, responsibilities, lack of time, etc. However, it is important to know that by skipping breakfast we do more harm to ourselves than we do good. So, it’s important to give ourselves the opportunity to enjoy a nutritious breakfast every morning. Whether you’re a fellow fit foodie like myself or need breakfast ideas, I have put together a list of TEN quick, healthy, nutricious, delicious and balanced breakfast ideas for you! 1. AVOCADO TOAST

2. CEREAL BOWL

  • 1 Banana
  • Multi-Grain Cheerios
  • Shredded Wheat
  • Total Whole-Grain Flakes

3. OMELET SANDWICH

A few months ago, I started this new habit of creating last-minute plates (for dinner) with anything that I find in my fridge. Literally ANYTHING. I don’t plan any of my plates beforehand – I simply create them on the spot with what I have. I began doing this with the means of saving time, money, and of course unnecessary calories. Little did I know that these plates would bring my belly and health so much joy! Haha. Once I began doing this consistently, I became so passionate about healthy eating that I just had to share this newly discovered passion of mine, with the world. So, I started sharing the plates that I would make, on my main Instagram page. 

Because my “food pics” have always been well received by the IG family I decided to give these plates a home of their own. So, I created FOODBYGABBY – the home of all of the plates that I have created and will create. To give you a sneak peek of what foodbygabby is all about, I decided to incorporate 5 plates that I have created – into this blog post. 6. MINI ALMOND BUTTER W/ JELLY TOASTS + SIDES

  • 1 Organic egg
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Strawberries

 7. CHERRY TOMATO SALAD + SIDES

A dinner of salad, oranges, eggs, green peas, almonds, and avocado

  • 1/2 Avocado 
  • Raw Almonds
  • Sauteed Green Beans
  • 1 Orange
  • Salad:
    • Cherry Tomatoes
    • Lettuce

    OOOH def needed this food inspo because I always struggle to create healthy, balanced meals. Literally, want to try making everything on this list but especially the toast with almond butter and banana slices. Of course, followed your food IG! <3
