Whether you like to eat breakfast or not, I’m aware that it can be quite challenging to enjoy a good breakfast during busy mornings. Trust me, I completely get it. I’ve wanted to skip countless of breakfasts just to dive straight into my blog and start working right away! However, I’ve realized that I am my most productive when my body has energy. And for me, it all starts with a good breakfast. Like I said earlier, breakfast kickstarts your day!

Let me ask you this:
Would you rather spend 30 minutes having a good breakfast and then have energy to work throughout the day, or invest those 30 minutes in something else (let’s say work) and then have little to no energy after a couple of hours of work?’

I think we can both agree that option A is the better option, right? A well nourished you is a more productive you! There’s even a saying that goes, “be productive, not busy.” So, would you rather be productive or busy?
