12 quick & tasty breakfast recipes for busy days

Whether you’re a morning person or not, it’s important to kick off every morning the right way! A good morning is not only made up of great morning habits, but of a great breakfast, as well. I know you’ve heard this before, but I’ll take my chances and say it again – if there’s one meal that you should not skip during the day (even if you’re super duper busy), it’s breakfast! I get it, busy mornings make it so easy to skip breakfast! However, I’m sure we all have at least 25 minutes to invest in ourselves (our health and well-being) every morning. So, if you want to invest time in yourself and kickstart your mornings with a good breakfast, here are 12 quick and tasty breakfast recipes for busy mornings!

12 quick & tasty breakfast recipes for busy mornings

Considering the fact that breakfast is the meal that kickstarts your day, starts your engine, and helps provide your body with nutrients (early on in the day), It’s safe to say that it’s pretty important. When you skip breakfast, you deprive your body from receiving the right amount of fuel it needs to work properly through out the day. Yes, your body needs energy, nutrients, and fuel to work at its best!

Remember, you only get one body (no replacements or exchanges!)

So, it’s crucial that YOU take good care of your body by not only taking from it (making it work), but by giving back to it (ex: having a good breakfast!)

Whether you like to eat breakfast or not, I’m aware that it can be quite challenging to enjoy a good breakfast during busy mornings.

Trust me, I completely get it.

I’ve wanted to skip countless of breakfasts just to dive straight into my blog and start working right away! However, I’ve realized that I am my most productive when my body has energy. And for me, it all starts with a good breakfast. Like I said earlier, breakfast kickstarts your day!

Let me ask you this:

Would you rather spend 30 minutes having a good breakfast and then have energy to work throughout the day, or invest those 30 minutes in something else (let’s say work) and then have little to no energy after a couple of hours of work?’

I think we can both agree that option A is the better option, right?

A well nourished you is a more productive you!

There’s even a saying that goes, “be productive, not busy.”

So, would you rather be productive or busy?

Although investing time in yourself is an absolute must, you don’t have to spend hours having breakfast.

You can totally treat yourself to a good breakfast in 30 minutes or less! Even if you’re extremely busy, there are still plenty of breakfast recipes available that are tailored to your time, preference, and diet (if you have one!) And the best part is that you don’t have to spend a minute of your time looking for breakfast recipes because I’ve already done that part for you!
