Can’t go to the gym? Intimidated by fitness trainers? Don’t have any weights at home? But still want to give your body a challenge? You’ve come to the right place. Hey, working out doesn’t have to be a hassle. While gyms, trainers, and weights are necessary (to an extent), you can still give your body a challenge at home without any “gym experience”, trainers, or weights. Yes, you read that right. After working out with Pamela Reif’s workouts for over two years, I have created a fun 20 day fitness challenge featuring Pamela’s YouTube workouts. So, if you are ready to put your fears aside, your excuses behind, burn some calories, and ace a challenge at home for the next 20 days, try out my 20 day fitness challenge featuring Pamela Reif’s workouts.

Pamela Reif’s Workouts

This 20 day fitness challenge features 20 of Pamela RFs effective YouTube workouts. 

For those of you who don’t know, Pamela is my #1 fitness inspiration (click here to read why!) So, I only found it fitting to feature her workouts in this fitness challenge! 

From 10 minute booty workouts, to 20 minute full body workouts, Pamela has a variety of effective workouts that will get have you sweating in a short amount of time! Due to Pamela’s workouts being quite challenging and effective regardless of how short or long they are, I have chosen to include only one workout for each day. 

So, you are only required to complete one workout each day (except for day 6!)

20 Day Fitness Challenge

If you’ve never participated in a fitness challenge before, it’s okay. Don’t get intimidated. This 20 day fitness challenge is completely suitable for beginners. 
All of the workouts are 20 minutes long or less. So, they don’t require much of your time and energy. And if you need to take a break during a workout, feel free to pause the workout to take a break. Honestly, this challenge couldn’t be anymore flexible or beginner friendly!
 

Challenge made simple for you! 

To make it easier for you to navigate through the challenge I have:

  • Labeled each day of the challenge (day 1 – day 20)
  • Specified the kind of workout you will be doing each day (full body, arms, cardio, etc) 
  • Stated the name of the workout.
  • Provided the total time of each workout. 
  • Shared the workout video straight from Pamela’s YouTube channel. 

Please keep in mind that you DO NOT have to complete this challenge for 20 days straight (you can if you want to!) So, you don’t have to workout Monday-Sunday. Instead, you can workout for five days, rest two days, and repeat. 

The goal is to complete this challenge in 20 days during the month.
