This is such a cute list!
I’ve just started to get into doing journals and adopted a ridiculous large amount of washi tape and new markers haha! I know I’ve got to get into some new fitness routines sooner rather than later – so I shall have to check your recommendations out!
Thank you. Haha, ah yes washi tape and markers are a must! I have definitely enjoyed journaling during this time in quarantine.

I’m loving all the self-care methods that you’ve shared here – going outside really does make a huge difference. Also, reading the Word and praying is key!! I recently started reading Max Lucado’s book, Anxious for Nothing and so far I’m really enjoying it.
Deep cleaning is always a favorite way of mine to pick myself up, too!! It is so satisfying to see the results of a deep cleaning session and a great way to stay “in the moment”. Going back to blog writing, photo shooting, and general blog planning has been helpful to my mood, too.
I hope you are staying healthy during this hard time, girl! <3
Prayer has definitely helped me remain positive and hopeful. The other day I read a quote that said “if you have time to worry, you have time to pray” and that really helped put everything in perspective. That book sounds perfect for times like these. I’ve read a book by Max Lucado before and loved it.
Blogging has helped me keep my sanity, too. I’m definitely enjoying all this blogging time I have.
I’m glad you have also found ways to stay positive during these hard times. Thank you for your kind words. Wishing you all the best, always. (:

Hi Gabby, really great advice here. I’m mostly walking in the backyard, so starting to carve a path in the grass like in the cartoons. Also, watched an old 80’s aerobics championship on YouTube, which was both hilarious and exhausting.
Cheers,
Josh
