6 CREATIVE & EASY WAYS TO FEEL CONFIDENT THIS FALL

1. RECOGNIZE YOUR TALENTS AND QUALITIES & WRITE THEM DOWN.

No matter how down you feel, try to pat yourself on the back a little and remember the things you excel at.

We all can have our moments of not feeling good enough or comparing ourselves to others. Focusing on your better attributes will distract you from perceived flaws and boost your sense of worth. Think of your good qualities in looks, friendships, talents, and most of all, personality!

You are you for a reason so embrace it.

2. WEAR CONFIDENCE

We all have certain insecurities that make us feel less worthy.

For a lot of women after having children, one of the side effects is losing hair. This can be either a subtle issue or a big one depending on how much hair you lose after postpartum and can really hurt your ego. One way to help bring your confidence back is a new type of non-surgical treatment to help those seeking a more full head of hair with very little recovery. It’s true! Thanks to scalp micropigmentation in California, this treatment offers your scalp the hair look you are wanting to have, but without the silly ‘plugs’. Started by a talented barber named Jeff Villenas, his Picasso Scalp Micropigmetnation business grew because of so many individuals looking to bring their confidence back with his support.

3. ACCEPT MISTAKES

We all make mistakes. The important issue about making those mistakes are learning from them.

We can’t all get everything done our to do list, be the perfect wife or husband or attend every event on the weekend. The one thing I always tell myself is to dust myself off and keep going. When my friend’s see me fall, they help me get back up and I do the same for them. You’re confidence will shine through when you just accept that things can and do happen and continue to move forward.

4. THINK POSITIVE

This is something I personally thrive on.

I love being around people who make me feel my best, make me strive to do and be more and continue to uplift me.

Anything that you can think you want to happen, will happen if you want it too. Change the negative words and phrases that you may be saying to yourself and put them into words of confidence and you’ll see the results you want.

5. SET PERSONAL GOALS

If you’re wanting to get a 4.0 this semester, start over with a friend or get that gorgeous watch you’ve been eyeing for the past year, then set a goal to obtain it. There is nothing more satisfying than reaching that goal and knowing that you were able to accomplish it on your own!

So start writing down what you want to accomplish this minute, this week, this month, and this year!

Every little thing counts and you’ll love sharing how you were able to get it done with friends and family.

6. ADOPT POSITIVE HABITS

Enter fall season with a different mindset. A mindset that is opened to growth, change, and new habits. Increase your confidence by improving your mindset and adopting healthy, positive, life-changing habits. It’s time to replace toxic habits with habits that will make you feel more confident and happy! Don’t know what habits to add to your daily routine this fall? Here are some posts you may find helpful:

I love all of these tips! Especially accepting mistakes. Sometimes we forget that we’re only human and make mistakes, but the important part of a mistake is the lesson learned from it. I’ve also started setting personal goals for myself and I think its so important for our growth and confidence. Great post! x

Mistakes are part of our learning experience – better to accept them and learn from them than to live life afraid of making mistakes! So glad you found this post helpful.

This is so encouraging and supportive to read — I’ll be putting these into action. I particularly like to set goals and also find ways to interrupt my more negative thoughts and challenge them with positivity (including affirmations). Thank you for sharing these tips — they’re really useful!
