Gabby this is the kind of post that deserves more attention from fitness blogs! Really enjoyed reading this as a fitness freak myself! Some locations like beach and pool are ones I didn’t expect to see tbh. The idea of working out on a beach is very appealing to me cos of the greater challenge it’ll give me. It also explains why a lot of elite athletes often train on sand too!

Thank you so much! Comments like these are what keep me writing – so glad you enjoyed. Yes, the beach def makes it more challenging, but the view is worth it.

I recently stopped going to the gym and now exercise at home – there are cons though as you say, especially a lack of equipment. I’d love the chance to exercise on a beach though or by a poolside! Much better than in my cramped dining room! xxx

Thank you for stopping by. At home workouts have their cons but are still such a great alternative! What matters most at the end of the day is to get a good workout in! (: Definitely give the beach a visit this summer!
