WORKOUT REFLECTION

TOTAL TIME- 11:30 Minutes

As you can see I have many A’s in my name, so I’m mostly training my arms in this workout. However, I’d still be working out my abs and glutes through the other exercises ( glute bridges, roll-ins, leg lifts) Not to mention, I’d get some cardio in with all those burpees, as well. Did you see how easy it was to create a workout routine?

What are you waiting for to create yours? Remember: You don’t have to repeat your name every time. You can SPELL out any name(s) you’d like. You can even work on a different name every day. Whatever you want to do, feel free to do it! Just a reminder: don’t forget to take adequate breaks. Whether it be in between names or whenever your body needs it. Also, if you have to modify any exercise, do so.

I hope you enjoy this routine as much as I loved creating this routine for you!

Until next time,

GABBY
