The Top 5 Fitness Channels On YouTube
As the popularity of at-home workouts have increased, so have the amount of fitness channels on YouTube. Personally, fitness channels are my go-to channels on YouTube. I love being able to access all kinds of workout routines, workout ideas, different variations of exercises, and great tips at NO cost. Personal trainers, who? I kid. Personal trainers are great, but if you can’t afford one or aren’t a fan of them – YouTube has really great and accessible options for you. Which is why, I’m going to share 5 incredible fitness channels on YouTube that I absolutely love!

There are so many great fitness channels…..way more than five….but after much consideration, I have chosen to share just five of my favorite fitness channels on YouTube. So, for each channel, I will provide a brief overview of the channel, what I like, what I find the most helpful + the link to one of my favorite videos from the channel. So, sit back, relax and get ready to subscribe to new channels (hopefully).
TOP 5 FITNESS CHANNELS ON YOUTUBE:
1. PAMELA REIF
If I were to choose only one fitness channel to watch forever, it would be this channel. Pamela’s work out style is by far my favorite. I could follow her videos over and over again and never get bored because they’re just that good. I love all of the exercises in her videos because of how intense, effective and addicting they are.
If you’re someone who enjoys no-talking, straight to the point, easy-to-follow, intense, effective and motivating workout videos with music and timers, Pamela RF is your girl. You will LOVE her! She has full-body, abs, core, cardio, arms & booty workouts on her channel. Also, if you follow her on Instagram, she shares her daily workouts via her insta stories. (@pamela_rf)
I love her full body & abs workout videos the most. So, I’ll be sharing the first video I ever followed and my all-time favorite full-body workout video on YouTube.

2. CHLOE TING
I recently came across Chloe Ting’s channel and I LOVE it. I haven’t tried out all of her workout videos yet because there are so many but from the videos that I have followed, I can say that her workouts are fantastic and so fun to follow! 🙂
Chloe divides up all of her exercises in four sets (with breaks in between), has a progress bar at the top – to help you keep track how far along you are in the video, includes timers for all exercises and modified versions of most exercises just incase the regular version of an exercise is too hard for you to complete.
Chloe is probably the most relatable fitness YouTuber from this list.
I love her full body workout videos! So, I’ll be sharing this incredible 30-min workout video that is aimed to burn fat and target your abs!

3. REBECCA LOUISE
The queen of variety and motivation.
Rebecca has all kinds of workouts on her channel, from stretching, to cardio, to upper body, to lower body, to back workouts. You can find a workout video on almost any muscle that you’re looking to train. Rebecca includes a timer for every exercise, but unlike the channels mentioned above, she talks the whole way through the video. So, if you are someone who needs constant motivation while you workout, you will find the videos in this channel very helpful. Rebecca is so great at keeping you motivated and on track. She is the perfect helping hand. I love her arm workout videos the most. So, I’ll be sharing this great 10-minute arm (NO EQUIPMENT) workout video.

POPSUGAR, hosted by Anna Renderer, is probably one of the most popular fitness channels on YouTube. The popularity and success of this channel comes by no surprise. This channel provides a whole variety of workout options for all kinds of people and all kinds of preferences. POPSUGAR includes, dance, kick-boxing, boxing, cardio, barre, with & without equipment, pilates, celebrity inspired, regular and HIIT workout videos. This channel is truly packed with so much fitness goodness and so many workout ideas, from various trainers. Also, the workout videos in this channel can range from 2 minutes to 60 minutes.
I love their dance and celebrity-inspired workouts! The only way I enjoy cardio is through dance. Therefore, I’ll be sharing a quick 5 minute hip-hop cardio workout.

5. KOBOKO FITNESS
Quick but effective videos. A great fitness channel designed to make your at-home workout experience more successful.
Kola Olaosebikan creates short (10 minutes or less), easy-to-follow, no equipment necessary, workout videos. If you have very limited time to workout but still want to give your body a burn- try out the videos in this channel. Kola will take you through each video with up-lifting and motivating words.
I love her booty workouts. So, I’ll be sharing one of my favorite booty workouts from her channel.
